Thordoncn Blue has higher wear resistance and dry start capability than most pump bearings. The temperature rating of CN Blue has been increased to 80 ° C (176 ° F), providing chemical resistance to most hydrocarbons, weak acids, and bases. This proprietary engineering thermoplastic bearing is a maintenance free alternative to lubricated bronze bearings, with a dynamic working pressure of up to 45 MPa (6527 psi). The water absorption rate of CN Blue is less than 0.15, which is lower than most non-metallic bearings, making it an ideal choice for pumps that require low shaft clearance. CN Blue is easy to process and install, and can provide finished bearings or pipes at any time.
