High wear resistance and dry start capability

Thordoncn SXL has been successfully used as a pump bearing for many years and has been recognized by most pump manufacturers. Its friction coefficient is lower than most VTP bearings. Low friction bearings have longer operating time, less wear, and lower starting torque requirements. This also translates into excellent dry start ability for 30 seconds or longer.

One of the main advantages of CN-SXL is its excellent wear resistance.

Thordoncn SXL bearing can be flexibly assembled into split bearing by dovetail Flat noodles bearing bush, which is convenient for installation and maintenance without shaft out, and is more reliable than interference installation of cylindrical bearing. If necessary during maintenance, Flat noodles bearing shells can be easily replaced, or a variety of homogeneous elastoplastic polymer alloy dovetail Flat noodles bearing shells with different material grades can be mixed or staggered assembled in one bearing. The bearing can achieve wear resistance, self-lubricating, and effectively control the balance of vibration.

燕尾板条轴瓦材料有三个等级可供选择，水泵默认选用白色CN-SXL。板条出厂以环境温度21~28℃，相对湿度40-60%条件下控制公差。超出此环境条件，板条尺寸有可能受环境条件影响，超出公差范围。遇此情形，请提交测量环境条件及板条尺寸与厂家联系确认是否合理可用。（板条最长830mm，可按需订制）

If the environmental conditions are exceeded, the dimension of Flat noodles may be affected by the environmental conditions and exceed the tolerance range. In this case, please submit the measurement environmental conditions and Flat noodles size to contact the manufacturer to confirm whether they are reasonable and available. (The longest Flat noodles is 830mm, which can be customized as required)
